Our office doors will remain locked. We ask that you stay in your car until someone steps out to wave you in.

When you arrive you can text 360-819-9700 to let us know you’re here.

Face covering and hand washing/sanitizing is required for entry into the building.

We are sanitizing the rooms before and after each patient, wearing PPE and screening all that enter the building with a COVID-19 questionnaire and temperature checks.
